All of our cheerleaders are required to keep a high academic standard. They currently all are on the Honor Roll, or High Honor Roll lists. They are also required to uphold a superior standard for the school Core Values, and are expected to be roll models in behavior and academics.

The Lady Liberty Cheerleading program has participated in the Newark Public School's Cheerleading Competition for the last 6 years, we are proud to have won 4 of those competitions. We are also the only Charter School to compete regularly in the Newark Public School's competition.
